About Lafayette Building

The Lafayette Building is a historic condo building located within walking distance to the beach in the eastern region of Downtown Long Beach. Completed in 1928, the Lafayette Building was originally known as the Campbell Apartment Building and today is comprised of modern mid-rise units.
